Joe Short

Joe Short has a successful career in the healthcare / pharmaceutical sector.  Over the last twenty years he has worked with Cardinal Health and AmerisourceBergen, both Fortune 30 organizations. With Cardinal health Joe was responsible for Divisions in Chicago, Detroit, and San Francisco. During his career with AmerisourceBergen he has been responsible for multiple Divisions in Minneapolis, Kansas City, and Chicago.  In 2007 he became the Regional Vice President for the South Region with responsibility for ten Southern United States and Puerto Rico. In 2012 he went on to become the Regional Vice President for the Eastern United States, the largest of the four regions with six Divisions.  Joe then became President of AmerisourceBergen Canada with nine Divisions.  Joe is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations for AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation.  Joe has a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, majoring in Economics, a Master’s Degree from the University of London in International Management, and is currently engaged in Doctoral studies at Georgetown University.
