Michele has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry during which 15 years have been focused on supply chain management. Currently she is at Sandoz where she is the Director, Supplier Relationship Management. She has responsibilities for both program management and supplier relationships. Prior to Sandoz, Michele was an industry consultant utilizing her expertise in supply chain and project management. During her consulting days, she also became a leader in the management of temperature sensitive products. Michele started her career with Merck. During her tenure at Merck, she was Executive Director, New Products Management, where she led a group of experienced professionals in the management and execution of new product supply chains supporting launches of products world-wide.

With continued rise in the use of contract manufacturers, supply chain networks have become more complex then ever before. Traditionally, the supply chains built for vertical integration must be transitioned to a network environment. This panel will uncover how companies are managing that change.
