Vijay leads Alexion’s IT Strategy & Innovation. In this role, he is responsible for shaping & setting IT’s global strategy and priorities for Alexion. This includes leading critical areas such as Enterprise Architecture, IT Project and Portfolio management, and supporting the innovative IT capabilities to support key business focus areas around patient, data sciences, bio-informatics, commercial/digital analytics, and IT M&A.

Prior to joining Alexion, he has served in the consulting industry with more than 20 years of experience in managing IT-enabled transformation engagements for Fortune 100 companies in areas that span across Operational Strategy, Business Process Re-engineering, SAP implementation, Data Analytics and IT strategy.
